The problem

Businesses wanted to automate workflows with AI but were stuck wiring one-off chatbot integrations that couldn't coordinate, route between models, or report on usage.

Our approach

  • Designed a custom agent builder so non-engineers can define agents and their tools.
  • Built a multi-model routing layer to send each task to the most suitable model.
  • Implemented a Python AI service behind Node.js/Express APIs for clean separation of concerns.
  • Added usage analytics so teams can see cost and performance per agent.
